The Lago di Como Guide

Azienda Agricola Sorsasso (Domaso) - This winery was my favourite part of Lake Como. Family-owned, very welcoming, and very beautiful, having a wine tasting here is a must!
Fresco Cocktail Shop (Como) - This shop has the best cocktails in Como - and its menu-less! The bartenders will use your taste preferences to create you a bespoke cocktail.

Varenna - Lovely, easy to access town on the Eastern side of the lake. Perfect for beautiful sunsets, views of the lake and more quiet Como experience. Highly recommend staying here.
Como - Don’t overlook the centre of Como for your trip. It is quite busy during the summer but a great spot for visiting during the winter.

Funicular Cable Car (Como) - For some of the best views of the city, take the cable car to the cute town of Brunate.
Boat Day (Any) - There is nothing like an Italian boat experience on the lake.
Villa Monastero (Varenna) - Access to this botanical garden is included with your stay at Hotel Villa Cipressi. If you must pay to access, it is still beautiful and a great spot for a Como lakeside photoshoot.
Cittá dei Balocchi (Como Magic Light Festival) (Cernobbio) - If you are visiting during the winter, this light show and Christmas market is a must. Grab some homemade Italian Christmas gifts for your family, then stop by a local restaurant for dinner afterwards (see below for a recommendation). You can take the ferry from Como or other towns to get to Cernobbio, just be sure that you plan for the last ferry to return.
